Here’s a preview of what to expect at Casino Carrasco for the second date of the season, which begins at the end of the month.
After making its debut in Punta del Este on August 7, 2008 and returning for seven more tournaments over the course of nine seasons, the Latin American Poker Tour (LAPT) will return to Uruguay this year for the first time in the country’s capital, Montevideo.
Casino Carrasco, a symbol of glitz in Montevideo, Uruguay’s capital, will host the biggest names in Latin poker.
On May 28-June 2, 20 events will be held at the Sofitel Montevideo Casino Carrasco for the second edition of the comeback of this series.

As usual, the Main Event will run from the 28th to the 2nd, consisting of four Day 1s with a US$1,500 buy-in and re-entry options.
The most costly tournament is a $5,000 High Roller on May 1st, but there will also be $200 buy-in events like the Turbo event. Be wary, however; the US$150 Main Event has qualifications as well.
We can discover NLH, PLO Dealers Choice, NLH Women, PLO, Deepstacks, 6 Max, and an intriguing NLH 6 Max Mystery KO event with a US$1,000 buy-in on the Uruguayan program.
